Результаты проведённого исследования
Our research shows that stress is a pervasive issue for 9th graders. Common stressors include academic pressure, social anxieties, family issues, and personal expectations. We explored different coping mechanisms such as exercise, mindfulness, time management, and seeking support from trusted adults. Our findings indicate that the various methods can be effective. For example, a significant number of students reported feeling less stressed after implementing certain techniques, which in turn positively impacted their overall well-being and academic productivity. However, students also highlighted the importance of consistency and tailored approaches to address their unique stress triggers.
