Healthy lifestyle is a part of modern life and I think that it is positive for future generations. In general, most would agree that a healthy person doesn’t smoke, is at a healthy weight, eats a balanced healthy diet, thinks positively, feels relaxed, exercises regularly, has good relationships, and benefits from a good life balance. In my opinion, doing sports and following healthy lifestyle is essential not only for teenagers, but for people of different ages because health is a source of happiness.If you are active, you feel better.

We think that living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health are important for your self-esteem and self-image. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for your body.

Цели исследования

1.To get acquainted with the main literature on the topic.

2. Try to find the main information on the topic and answer the question "Why do many people try to have a healthy lifestyle?"

3. To have your own opininon about the topic.

Результаты проведённого исследования

More and more people have a healthy lifestyle today. Some people want to be slim and beautiful. Others want to be healthy and strong. There are people who need it for the work.

Nowadays, a healthy lifestyle becomes more popular. Firstly, today we have more ill and overweight people and they need sport and good diet. Secondly, to be successful today you need to be strong, beautiful and healthy.

As for me, I keep fit too. I try to jog in the morning every day. I don’t eat fast food but eat fruit and vegetables.To be healthy, people should get rid of their bad habits. It's necessary to stop smoking and drinking much. The daily menu should include meat, fruit and vegetables, milk product, which are rich in vitamins, fat, proteins and etc.

In my region, more and more teenagers do sports. The most popular types of sport are basketball, football and jogging. In winter, young people like skating, skiing and hockey. You may go to a gym or a swimming pool, do some other sport or simply walk more. Sport is a good way to reduce stress and improve your state of health and gruntle you. It is also possible to exercise or walk with someone. If you train with friends, you will enjoy yourself even more.
