What are you afraid of? Im positive that like almost everyone else you are afraid of one thing.

Charles F. Haanel defines fear as a potent form of thought. I believe it is a quite great definition, since mostly fear is in our minds. Phobia is abnormal worry. We are frequently afraid of things which we have no purpose to be afraid of. This is because most of the fears and phobias are only the creations of our minds.

For example some individuals are afraid of flying. Why? Most likely due to the fact they have heard about some plane crashes and that all of the individuals died in these accidents. Of course plane accidents do happen, and typically all of the individuals who are in such accidents die. Of course there are some methods to get rid of diverse fears and phobias. But 1st you should be careful to not permit any fears or phobias to get to your subconscious mind. Stay away from dwelling on any pessimistic and negative feelings. Try to cultivate good feelings. Be optimistic. Even if you are not pleased at the moment, thinking about your unhappiness will not make you feel better. It will make you feel worse.

Believe about some thing that would make you happy, about a thing you want quite a lot. Close your eyes. Attempt to visualize yourself in a pleased circumstance, in your excellent atmosphere. Believe of the motives why you want what you want. See your self as currently possessing what you want. Attempt to truly feel it. Let the feeling excites you. Hold on that feeling.

If you do that you cannot feel unhappy. It may well be hard at first, but if you practice frequently it will become effortless and natural for you. You will not only feel much better but you will begin attracting the things you actually want. And by concentrating on good feelings and by being charged with good power you will grow to be immune to any fears and phobias. You will commence manifesting the life you want. Now you are what you believed largely about in the past. Do not enable your unfavorable thoughts to develop the unhappy future for you.
