For healthier skin, avoid alcoholic beverages. The more you drink, the oilier your skin and the larger your pores become. Pores will then clog up and you'll end up with blemishes.

See if you can quit smoking. Your skin can be prematurely aged by smoking, as smoking restricts blood flow and keeps your skin from getting enough oxygen. This unbecoming habit also depletes key nutrients found in your body. This makes it harder for your skin to produce elastin and collagen. By leaving this habit behind, your skin will be healthier, and you might even possibly add years to your life.

When you're taking care of your skin, make sure that you remember your feet. Once your feet becomes dry, it can be a problem that is hard to fix. Try putting some body butter on at night with some socks. This will yield softness and improve your comfort level.
