Bootcamp exercises and bootcamp workouts in general are a fantastic approach to lose stomach fat, while also burning fat from your entire body, getting back in great shape and even building muscle. This way, you'll look awesome on the beach, rather than just a skinnier version of your respective fat self (this is exactly what happens when all one does is traditional cardio). What exactly are bootcamp exercises? To me, these are mostly great body weight exercises, as well as exercises finished with minimal equipment.
