Every year we face challenges, ones that demand us find out more to step outdoors our comfort zone and brave the unknown. We feel the worry in the pit of our stomachs, however deep down we know its time to meet the challenges head on. Maybe youre stuck in a rut and you want to alter something in your profession: discover a new ability, alter roles, go component-time or put yourself up for promotion. Or youve had a life-changing event thrust upon youan illness, divorce or a true knock to your confidenceand youve got no choice but to embrace it.

Whatever challenge youre facing this New Year, you always have a selection. Deal with it now? Or deny it and deal with it later?

The Gulp! philosophy is basic. Challenges are excellent. They force us outdoors our comfort zone. They give us a purpose to cease and reflect upon whats actually crucial. And they can grow to be the catalyst for massive shifts in our life opening us up to new possibilities.

Here is my 7 day plan to assist you to face your fears and step up to the challenges in your life this year.

DAY 1: DARE & DEFY

The challenge is there, regardless of whether you like it or not. So what are you going to do about it? Face your challenge head clicking here on by writing it down and naming it. Set your self a deadline for achieving it and make the pivotal choice to go for it.

DAY two: BREAKDOWN & BREAKTHROUGH

The greatest point holding you back is fear worry of the unknown, fear of failure and the list of fears go on. Rather than tar the complete situation with the identical brush, break it down and identify the certain worry trigger points. Place tactics in place to minimize these and then focus on the positive rewards rather than the unfavorable possibilities.

DAY 3: CENTER & CONNECT

When read this you silence your mind and connect to your deeper wisdom, there is no fear. Here there is only what is aligned to your accurate essence and what feels appropriate. Invest time centering yourself meditating, taking walks in nature, carrying out yoga or basically breathing. Listen to what your wise inner sage has to say.

DAY 4: Imagine & INVENT

This challenge could be a catalyst for really wonderful issues to come. When you shut up the chit chat and fears that plague your thoughts, you produce space for new ideas and insights to emerge. So devote some time at a caf, in the park or with a group of friends brainstorming new concepts and expanding the alternatives open to you.

DAY five: Plan & PREPARE

Now its time to decide on a course of action, put together a strategy and begin moving forward. The C.I.G.A.R. model is brilliant for this Current Reality, Best Outcome, Gaps, Actions and Review. Make certain you preserve your power levels high with very good food, plenty of water and fitful sleep.

DAY 6: Focus & FLOW

As you step forward and move into the unknown, let go of manage and understand how to just be in the flow. Let your intuition and instinct guide you. When you have to make a decision or a decision, tune in to the circumstance and listen to what your gut feelings says. As you know, its typically right!

DAY 7 : GULP! & GO

Youve carried out the thinking and youve completed the preparing. Youve even built some foot bridges. Now its time to take that leap of faith. So tie up any loose ends and just Gulp! and go for it. Youll locate it a lot less complicated than you think!
