The very first step is about understanding how you really feel. Do you really feel flat or abundant in power or someplace in among? If you feel abundant, then excellent, if you feel flat then you want to raise your power (see the guidelines - below).

If your power feels good and then you notice tiredness coming more than you for no apparent cause, then you have most likely maxed out in a situation (unless it really is midnight or you had a late night). In which situation it's time to adjust factors.

Of course, there are always scenarios that test us. My father has just been taken into hospital with cancer. The query I am asking is how can I support, but not be effected by a scenario like this.
