Our San Francisco-based client, a boutique law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal. Qualified candidates will have a significant and substantive working knowledge of the procedures, terminology, and documents relating to complex litigation matters, as well as a working knowledge of E-Discovery procedures. Patent litigation experience is desirable but not required, though interest in working on patent litigation cases is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess:Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExcellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and summarize case-related documentsSenior Litigation Paralegal (financial district)Excellent communication skills, both written and oralAttention to detailA team orientationA commitment to consistently putting out excellent work product combined with an appreciation for efficiencyGood judgmentAbility to manage a case from cradle to graveTrial experienceProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, LEXIS, Westlaw, database retrieval systems and practice--related software, especially RelativityProficiency in the use of SharePoint is a plusA Bachelor's degree is required. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved training program is preferred.
