Learning to conform our lives, so that it backs a growing positive inner mind set towards all, is critical for our health and joy. To do this, we must become better at finding the way we feel in the here and now , and making up one's mind if the experience is something we wish to replicate. We may learn from our past. However, we need to be able to neutrally review it.
