It's the realtor's job to negotiate with buyers on your behalf and he or she will make sure to get the best price for your house. But what if a buyer is insistent? All you can do is be polite and tell them that it's your realtor who can answer those questions. Realize that the home showing process doesn't have to be too difficult or stressful a time for you. You simply need to be organized. Approach the process in a methodical way and you should be fine. It also helps to stick to the budget you've set for getting your home ready for showing. Even if you have plenty of money, don't overlook the little details because they are an important part of the equation.
