Let's be honest, it's not always fun or easy to stay fit. But, we must also acknowledge that it is extremely important if one wants to stay healthy. Luckily, you do not need to go the extreme. All you really need to do is put a little effort in each day to be fit. You may find it's even fun!

Is there a game you would like to improve on? Put your focus on the football, soccer or tennis ball. When you train your eyes to stay on the ball even when you are not playing, it teaches your brain and eyes to keep focused on the ball when in the game. To help increase the ability for your eyes to focus, focus on something off in a distance and then bring your focus back to something close to you.

Weight belts were once considered a must have when lifting weights, but people now realize that it's probably best to save them for the more challenging weights. Over extended periods of time, a weight belt can actually do more damage than help. It can lead to weaker core muscles, which can lead to injury.
