If you're like me (and most of the folks in today's world of technology) having handy devices to support you while you're on the go is fan-tas-tic. It's funny to think just a few years back when all of this didn't exist as of yet. I mean, how in the world did we survive?;-) Yet, having the ease of technology at your fingertips, while you're making your way through your nonstop workday, is a blessing. Here are 4 handy mobile (& free) apps I have on hand, which help me navigate through my day, that I thought I'd share. These can be found at the App Store.:D:

1) Genius Scan -Simple way to scan docs and upload/email to your recipients while you are out and about. App lets you take a photo of the document, upload it, and fire it out. Simple and easy.

2) Expensify - Need to log mileage, lunch, or other expensible items while you are movin' and groovin'? Easy and efficient app for doing so. I love this because, just like you, I get incredibly busy and it's easy to forget to keep track of things like mileage/gas. This app helps keep you organized.

3) Work Share - When on the go, sometimes I need to upload files, check comments, and provide access for my team so we all can collaborate on documents we may working together on. Work share gives you that platform for doing so, and allows you to sync from any mobile device.

4) Echo Sign - Need a contract signed? Not a problem. Echo Sign allows you to send, sign and manage your documents while on the go, from within the application itself. Saves time from needing to stop, print, sign, and scan. Love it!

With so much going on during the day, these apps have saved me time, energy, and additional effort when I've been in situations where I've needed to handle my business there, on the spot. Take advantage of these apps and let them help you navigate through your day with less hassle, headache, and inconvenience. Sure, we're spoiled, considering all we have so, why not grab on to the technology if it's right there? Enjoy!
