In March 2010 Wii Homebrew builder Comex released a test of an "untethered" Jailbreak using his tool called Spirit. Following the release of iPad 3G, Comex's Spirit premiered Jailbreaking all Apple products working on 3.1-3.2, untethered. Not until early 2010, Jailbreaking becomes legal beneath the DMCA in United states of america and many other nations like Europe though Apple maintain it to void the warranty. Until now Jailbreaking is still developing as new Apple products or firwares are released.
