While the styling is okay, it isn't as sophisticated as some other speakers but the quality of sound is excellent. Although the speaker is small in size, the quality of sound is quite full and clean with an outstanding bass. Quite a few people have found the mids somewhat lacking and the bass a touch too pounding but others have made comparisons to Bose. If you try to evaluate the quality of sound between this speaker and a Bose in a loud store, you may have difficulty deciding. But quality of sound is also pretty subjective so you may want to search for a way to listen to the speaker yourself in a controlled environment.
