Look for certified GF products or those labeled Kosher for Passover AND “Non-Gebrokts” (“Non-Gebroktz” or “Non-Gebroks”) or “Gluten-Free.” The ingredients should show that the product does not include matzo as ingredient.

To make chocolate ganache, you need 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, ? cup heavy cream, 3 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp brandy (optional). Melt the first 3 ingredients and mix them all together. Pour in the brandy if using. Allow mixture to cool before spreading generously over your cupcakes. Lemon cheese frosting will give a distinct taste to your cupcakes. For this, sift 30g softened butter, 80g softened cream cheese, 1? cup confectioner's sugar and 1 tsp grated lemon rind. Mix the ingredients and beat them till they are creamy, then spread them on the cupcakes. Use either a frosting/pastry spatula or pastry bag to evenly spread either type of frosting over the cupcakes.
 
 
 
I tested this recipe with a bunch of different ingredients but this combo was my favorite so I hope your taste buds find it fabulous, as well! I love homemade breakfasts like this because they’re so easy to make, last forever when stashed in the fridge and tastes amazing with almond milk yogurt and a drizzle of sweet honey.  These sundae’s have been a staple with my clients for awhile now- they seem to go through breakfast stages (as do I) where they’ll eat a certain recipe every day for months and then will move on. They’re on this Sundae kick now so we’ll see how long this lasts! But the fun thing about this recipe is that it really can’t get boring because there are so many variations that you can add in and play around with- you can try some coconut flakes or ground flax seeds for instance.

Let's say you already know what products have low levels of GI. You can swap this so you don't get bored eating them or you can try out low glycemic index recipes to make it more fun to eat.
 
 
 
Coconut flour is used again, and instead of butter you can also use coconut oil. It will give it a nuttier flavor that is rich and creamy. Cocoa powder instead of milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate: less sugar and all-natural!
