LEADS are the name from the game for building your network marketing business... whether that's offline or online, or both! Realize that the multilevel marketing prospecting process can be both laborious and incredibly time-consuming, be it offline and online. Don't let anyone tell you any different... that's just the reality from it all.
 
 
 
So which is better, offline or online?
 
 
 
Let's move on with offline prospecting.
 
 
 
This typically kind of network marketing lead generation involves meeting people in person. You are able to meet them in several places for example your kids' school or their after school activities, the grocery store, the bookstore... as with the self- help or business section in particular where you'll probably meet those who are very likely to be available to a method to make money via a business opportunity (otherwise they won't be in that section of the bookstore, right?). You can also attend networking events through your local chamber of commerce, etc. etc.... Heaven may be the limit really.
 
 
 
In my opinion that in-person offline networking to generate leads is more effective. Here are two reasons why?
 
 
 
No. 1 - You are able to CONNECT. I am talking about, people often trust and like someone they meet in person. The downside is if you aren't a people person, they might nothing like or trust you either. So keep that in mind when doing offline prospecting.

No. 2 - You get to QUALIFY them immediately on the spot really... you are able to sense right away if this is the kind of person you want to work with or be together with. Remember, you'll be working with this person. So it would be ideal that you want them and therefore are able to work together, right? Personally, I understand that i'm more efficient in connecting with someone in person versus every other method, including via internet, email, skype or the phones. I understand this already from my consider your experience... and my closing rate is higher personally than every other method.
 
 
 
But there's two particular downsides to offline multilevel marketing prospecting...
 
 
 
No. 1 - TIME. In-person meetings whether one-on-one or conferences find a LOT of time. And often you need to drive around that could run your car's gas expenses in place... you also can't interact with folks masses that easily... so if you're in a position to, you'll have to do A Large amount of telephone calls.
 
 
 
No. 2 downside is - MONEY. Probably to get your numbers up when it comes to offline leads, you'll have to start spending cash in advertising. This may be flyers, newspaper classifieds, or even a voice broadcasting system where one can automate your outbound calls... eventually you will need to raise the numbers of your leads higher if you ever wish to earn in the six-figure plus range in this business. That's just reality...
 
 
 
So if you are solely relying on offline network marketing lead generation methods, take this into account... this business has and always is a numbers game. So bigger numbers (i.e. more leads, more prospects, more and more people you interact with, etc.)... the higher the numbers, the more will join your business... and main point here, the greater money you will make.
 
 
 
Due to this, 'online' multilevel marketing prospecting looks to be far simpler right?
