Ooi Chong Seong is the President and founder of Legenda Education Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with additional than a decade of knowledge inside the field of higher training, is recognised as a pioneer of private tertiary training in Malaysia. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution to the state and his pioneering function in the field of greater training in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award from the “10 Finest Abroad Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China Worldwide Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
