I am turning 39 this year and I'm in the very best shape of my life but let me let you know why. I've spent my entire life performing fitness due to the fact I was a young kid at my uncle's gym back in Honolulu.

From there I've worked in martial arts, sports, athletics. Even did fitness modeling when I initially moved right here to Los Angeles in 1996. Some may possibly say that I was in the finest shape of my life at that time but I wasn't. I was hungry, starving all the time and thirsty.
