Какие навыки необходимы для профессий будущего? What skills would be neccessary in the future?
Гипотеза исследования
Мы считаем что в будущем будут необходимы такие навыки, как креативность, умение быстро учиться новому, а также умение обрабатывать большое количество информации.
Цели исследования
- Проанализировать, какие профессии появятся в ближайшие 5-10 лет;
- Воспользоваться справочником профессий будущего;
- Выяснить, какие профессии технического направления будут наиболее востребованными в будущем.
Результаты проведённого исследования
While it’s impossible to predict the future course of each and every job in the workplace, there are certain capabilities that can help safeguard people's future career if not their current role. Tech and finance skills will still be in high demand, but there’ll also be a need for soft skills that cannot be automated. These include emotional intelligence for communication and conflict resolution; critical thinking, problem-solving and innovation; and even basic social skills, such as friendliness and the ability to make small talk.
It's important to note that people will need to embrace the digital age to stay ahead. Thus, careers that combine IT skills with another skill set, for example a doctor/data scientist or lawyer/UX designer will be in great demand in the future. Among other professions are mobile app developer, space guide, environmental restoration engineer.
Learning additional IT skills and integrating them into their existing job will make people more employable than ever before. A doctor and a data scientist working as a team is naturally less efficient and creative than a doctor who is also a data scientist, for example.
The good news is, it won’t need to be complicated. Short courses are the way of the future and online education means people can train on the side and keep up with the latest technologies throughout their career.Similarly, jobs involving tech will be in demand—for example, becoming an AI empathy coach or drone swarm manager, 3D printing organs and body parts (human body designer), or working towards alternative energy sources.
So, it's important to find ways to turn a hobby into a side hustle, embrace one's interpersonal skills or explore a burgeoning industry.

В процессе работы над проектом был проанализирован рынок профессий на ближайшие десять лет.Выявлены навыки, необходимые для овладения профессиями будущего. Изучены самые современные источники. Таким образом, цели и задачи, поставленные в проектной работе, выполнены. Результаты проделанной работы представлены в виде ментальной карты .
