runescape item can actually be troublesome to master but I located this handy reference runescape item cheats guide that aided me throughout my ascend to the top of the game.

runescape item cheats are typed at the main menu. A verification message will appear when a cheat code is entered correctly.

In Cheat Mode, Start up your game and go to the screen that shows "Click to continue" or "Main menu". runescape item cheats can then be entered for the desired outcome.

You'll have to input the cheat codes in blindly because there is no dialog box on screen. If you input a single code with errors, you are messing up your opportunities entering any future cheats. If you are sure you made a mistake typing the runescape item cheats, you'll have to restart the game for the cheats to take effect once more.
